Do I need to be technical to work with you?+
Not at all. The entire point of Signal Pathway Technology is to remove the technical burden from you. Marcus handles the setup, configuration, and documentation so you can focus on running your business.
Which email platform do you default to?+
Google Workspace is the default for new clients. Microsoft 365 is available if you specifically request it or already have an existing Microsoft environment.
What is the difference between Get Started and Get Set Up?+
Get Started builds your website and establishes your business email and Google Business Profile. Get Set Up includes all of that plus your full productivity suite, shared drive structure, email configuration, payment processing, and a 30-day support window.
Can I upgrade from Get Started to Get Set Up later?+
Yes. If you upgrade within 12 months, the Get Started fee ($449) credits toward the Get Set Up price.
Is there support after delivery?+
Get Set Up includes a 30-day fix window for misconfigurations at no extra charge. For ongoing support, Get Supported ($199/month) provides up to 2 hours of monthly updates, priority email response, and a quarterly systems check.
