Terms of Service

1. Services

Signal Pathway Solutions, LLC (“the Firm”) provides career document services through Signal Pathway Careers and small business technology setup services through Signal Pathway Technology. All services are founder-operated and delivered by Marcus Wilson. No work is subcontracted.

2. Payment

All services require payment in full before work begins, unless a 50/50 split payment arrangement has been confirmed in writing. Payment is processed via Stripe. A one-page Statement of Work (SOW) outlining the deliverables, timeline, and scope is provided before any payment is collected.

3. Scope of Work

Each engagement is governed by a one-page SOW agreed upon before payment. The SOW defines deliverables, turnaround times, and any applicable restrictions. Work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately before any additional charges are applied.

4. Revisions

Career Services: A 7-day revision window begins on the date of first delivery. Revisions must address the original scope — a request for a different target role, industry, or format constitutes a new project and will be quoted separately.

Technology Services: Get Set Up includes a 30-day fix window after delivery, covering bugs and misconfigurations within the original SOW scope. Changes to scope or new features are quoted separately.

5. Refunds

Refunds are available only before production begins. Once the first draft or deliverable has been sent, refunds are not offered. If you have a concern about the work, contact us within your revision window and we will address it.

6. Accuracy and Truthfulness

The Firm will not invent credentials, fabricate employment dates, inflate metrics, or misrepresent any information in career documents. All deliverables are based on information provided by the client. The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information they submit.

7. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Signal Pathway Careers delivers accurate, professionally structured career documents. The Firm makes no guarantee of job interviews, employment offers, salary outcomes, or ATS pass rates. Signal Pathway Technology delivers configured infrastructure as described in the SOW. The Firm makes no guarantee of specific business outcomes, revenue, or search ranking improvements.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns all final deliverables produced for their engagement. The Firm retains no claim over career documents, SOP documents, or website content created for the client.

9. Confidentiality

The Firm will not share your information, career history, business details, or deliverables with any third party without your consent, except as required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Firm’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific engagement in question. The Firm is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of any deliverable.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Newton County, Georgia.
