Payment-First Model
All Signal Pathway Solutions services operate on a payment-first basis. Payment is collected via Stripe before any work begins. Your spot is locked on receipt of payment. No production starts until payment is confirmed.
Signal Pathway Careers
Refunds for career document services are available under the following conditions:
- A full refund is available within 48 hours of purchase, provided you have not yet submitted your intake form.
- Once your intake form has been submitted, work has begun and no refund is available. The intake submission is the point at which production starts.
- Revisions to delivered work are not grounds for a refund. Revision requests are handled within the scope and revision window of the purchased package.
- A change in target role, job family, or career direction after intake submission is considered new work, not a revision, and is not refundable under the original purchase.

Signal Pathway Technology
Technology engagements are scoped in a one-page Statement of Work (SOW) before any payment is collected. Once the SOW is approved and payment is received, work begins and refunds are not available.
- If work has not yet begun following payment, contact us within 48 hours to discuss cancellation.
- Get Set Up engagements include a 30-day post-delivery fix window for bugs and misconfigurations within original SOW scope. This is not a refund mechanism but a quality commitment.
- Get Supported subscriptions may be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice. No partial-month refunds are issued.
The Path from Employee to Owner
This engagement is scoped and governed by a written SOW before any payment is collected. A 50/50 split payment option is available by written agreement only.
- The initial payment is non-refundable once the engagement begins.
- If a client becomes inactive for 14 or more days without communication, the engagement may be paused. Reactivation within 30 days is available; deliverables are held until the remaining balance is paid.
- All accounts and assets created during the engagement are opened in the client's name from day one and remain the client's property regardless of engagement status.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
Signal Pathway Solutions does not guarantee specific outcomes including job offers, interview volume, ATS scores, search rankings, revenue, or business results. Deliverables represent professionally produced documents and systems. Results depend on many factors outside the scope of this work.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund where one is available under this policy, contact us at hello@signalpathwaysolutions.com with your order details. Eligible refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your card issuer.
