Services are scoped and priced per published service descriptions and any applicable Statement of Work.
All paid services require payment via Stripe before work begins. For bundled engagements with a split payment option, the first installment is due at the start of the engagement and the second at the specified milestone.
Deliverables are limited to the scope of the purchased package. A revision is an edit within the original scope and direction. A substantially different target role, new job family, or added service is a new engagement.
Revision windows are 7 calendar days for Signal Pathway Careers and 30 days for Get Set Up.
